About Terrance McCarthy, EdD

Founded by Dr. Terrance McCarthy—an experienced leader, consultant, and coach—our mission is to drive meaningful, measurable change at every level.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. McCarthy helps individuals and systems develop clarity, purpose, and alignment. His approach is grounded in the science of leadership and implementation, using tools like the Hogan Personality Assessment and the Active Implementation Frameworks to support transformational growth.
As an Implementation Consultant with IMPACT Lead Succeed, Dr. McCarthy works with local, regional, and state-wide systems to embed evidence-based practices for scalable impact. His background in educational leadership includes district-wide curriculum alignment, instructional reform, and strategic professional development.
A Buffalo native now based in Rochester, NY, Dr. McCarthy holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University and advanced educational and systems leadership certifications. He is a recipient of the 2018 Exemplary Performance in Scholarship Award and a NYS Superintendent Development Program graduate.
